Jonie holds a BCompt degree and has completed the RE1 and RE5 regulatory examinations. Having entered the financial services industry in 2002, Jonie has extensive experience across finance, insured and self-insured risk administration, change management and project implementation. As CEO, Jonie contributes strong industry knowledge, operational insight and a practical understanding of client needs.

Mervyn is the Chief Operating Officer of Kula Partners and plays a key role in the management and delivery of the company's administration services. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, he has developed strong expertise in policy administration, claims administration, premium administration, customer service and operational management. His experience includes insured and self-insured arrangements across long-term risk benefits, funeral insurance, gap cover and health insurance. As COO, Mervyn oversees the administration function and supports accurate, efficient and reliable service delivery.
